One Smart Cookie

I love the learning process! Maybe love it more watching it happen in little ones. Here are a couple of Addy's recent writing projects (with translation underneath). She'll ask, "how do you spell (so-and-so)?" I say, "how do you think?" And we get some great responses.

"Lauren Fell's (note the apostrophe on top of the 's' - all by herself) Pocahontas headband"

And here she writes all the "ABC's" and then "Now I know my ABC's, next time won't you sing with me. To Mom, (heart)-Addy"

We are going through the same thing here - I am fascinated watching Jacob learn to read and spell! Seeing things "click" for him is so cool!

So glad for the updates! Soren is doing the same type of thing in his kindergarten. Isn't this a neat age!? I never thought I'd love misspellings so much!
